The hands look good, and it's better what I can normally do. <img src="e.deviantart.com/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)" />
The background is simple, but conveys the sense of "magic"
Her eyes are pretty and well done. I have problems with 3/4 profiles but you managed to pull it off quite nicely!

However I think her arm length looks slightly disproportionate to her long body and neck. Since she has a long torso I think her arms should be lengthened to match.

You might also want to have gone with a darker shade of lipstick to compliment the darker colors in her outfit (which is pretty awesome looking by the way) To me it just stands out as a focal point to have that 'bright' of a lipstick against pale skin and dark clothing

Try and play with shadows a little bit too. The staff's gem is a light source the character's body shadows should reflect that.
